Uri Kleinman launched his career as a professional musician in Israel, learning how to master different styles from American to African, Brazilian & Eastern European music. By age 15, Uri was garnering a name and working professionally as a bassist and eventually music director/producer with legendary Israeli artists, Idan Raichel, David Broza, Matti Caspi, Shiri Maimon, Boaz Sharabi & many more.

This allowed Uri the incredible experience of touring all over the world with artists he loves and grew up on. Reaching the height of his career in Israel brought him to NYC where he continued his production, live playing and music directing with more unforgettable artists like Martha Wash (Everybody Dance Now), Darlene Love & tons of touring & local acts. He now has over 4000 songs under his belt including platinum records as a session bassist and producer, and 7 first round GRAMMY ballots for my work with artists Clara Lofaro, Shannen Bamford and Olivia Brown.
